Before post your ads, please take a minute to review this information than proceed to submit your ad(s).

1. WE DO NOT ACCEPT: X, R ads, Business Opportunity, MLM, Get Rich, Make Money, Work At Home, Mystery Shopper, Catalogues, Publications, Announcements, Phone Cards, Vitamins and Nutriment.
2. We do not accept obscene or offensive language.
3. We do not accept any materials that violate the copyright or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party.
4. The advertiser is responsible for correct ad placement, spelling and correct contact information
5. The submit ad form requires a limited amount of personal information - this is for our use only and is not divulged to anyone else. Ads without this information will be rejected.
6. Mart4US.com, its owners and employees are not responsible for the content or integrity of any ad. Sellers/buyers do so at their own risk
7. All Free Ads will be posted for thirty days. To renew, you must resubmit the ad.
8. Multiple postings are not allowed. Do not make duplicate ads.
9. There are limit of 5 (five) posts on web-site from one advertiser.
10. No complaints should be posted about buyers and sellers in the classifieds section or in our forums. Anyone who buys or sells parts online takes a risk. This is not the place to try and point out frauds. Do not post "watch out for this person", instead of it report your complains to our Administration
11. No links pointing to eBay ads. This is for Private Party merchandise for sale, not to point people to eBay auctions. Allowing eBay links encourages "Vendors" to post auctions and link to them here.
12. If you've posted an ad, and the parts have been sold, please delete it.

OUR FRIENDLY SUGGESTIONS

1. Buyer/Seller Beware! We are not responsible for any items bought or sold through this service.
2. Be Careful! Please use good judgment in divulging any personal information to strangers.
3. You need to be a Registered User to place an ad with Mart4US.com
4. Most transactions will likely turn out fine, but protect yourself and don't be naive. There are some people out there trying to make a quick buck by ripping people off. Take every precaution possible when doing business with other people online.
5. Beware of out-of-country buyers/sellers who ask to pay with cashier's check.
6. Make sure you have your profile options set to receive email from other members. Otherwise, nobody can contact you to buy your item.

8. Get the buyer's/seller's FULL name, address and phone number and do your best to verify all that info. DO NOT just rely on email. Call them a few times at different hours to verify their phone number is legit.
9. Ask the buyer/seller for references - preferably members of this site who can verify his/her reputation.
10. Be forewarned, when using Paypal keep in mind that they won't help you if you receive something that is different than "what was described".
11. Use an Escrow service (like Escrow.com) with high dollar purchases. As a buyer, Escrow tracks the shipped merchandise and verifies it was delivered. The Seller isn't paid until the Buyer accepts the merchandise, or the inspection period expires. As a seller, Escrow confirms when the Buyer receives merchandise. The Seller is authorized to ship only after Escrow verifies good funds.
12. Also, make sure that any emails you receive from any escrow service have the escrow services' name as the main URL. Don't give personal info, passwords, or credit card info via email for any escrow accounts or Paypal. If you receive an email from an escrow service asking you to update or restate info, make sure the link they give you is actually the site that it should be - check to make sure the domain is correct.
13. Post your items individually and use photos for best results. Be sure to post which State you live in, as many people like to deal with local transactions.
14. Be detailed when listing items for sale. Give buyer as much info as possible.
15. When buyer/seller asks you for additional information, please be as informative as possible.
16. Check your email regularly for people who have sent you questions about your items for sale. Be sure to update your ad with the answers to the popular questions you receive in order to cut down on the emails you receive about the ad.
17. If you do get ripped off by a user on our site, contact us and give us the username of the member. We likely will not take any action in your situation, but we will keep the name on file so that we can track down scam artists on our site. Gather all of the personal info from your transaction with that member (name, address, phone number, email address, etc) and take it to the local authorities - and maybe even look into getting legal advice. We cannot help you track down that person, but the authorities can.
